“Turbulence - (The Renegade)” is part of the Yellow Series. A bold and expressive painting exploring emotional turbulence through layered abstraction. It earned the nickname of ‘The Renegade’ as it was determined not to follow the ‘yellow’ theme of the series of which it was/is a part. I love that it had it’s own agenda, and held it’s ground - despite her futile efforts of trying to bring it ‘into line’. It was determined to be what it wanted to be, and now is. A trait that I whole-heartedly embrace within both my life and artworks. Suitable for Home or Office.
